Delivery & Returns
Please note if an order has different delivery timescales, the fulfilment time for the order will
be the oldest timescale. All orders are consolidated into 1 consignment. The customer may
however request for the In-Stock items to be sent, by paying a delivery charge to split the
UK Mainland (Guaranteed Next Working Day)
If you would like your item(s) guaranteed next day delivery direct to your gift recipient or to
yourself then there will be a £7.50 delivery charge, this can be guaranteed next day.
Standard deliveries are free for orders £50 & over and will be £4.25 for orders £49.99 and
under. (FREE Delivery only applies for destinations within the UK Mainland).
Delivery will be within 2-4 working days. We aim to get deliveries out the next working day.
FREE PREMIUM GIFTCARD with all orders, this will be blank if sent directly back to yourself or
with a Gift Note if the order is going directly to the gift recipient – Please add comments before

We deliver to ALL postal areas in the UK; England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland as well as

For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address. We also reserve the right not to deliver
orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box.
If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

The purchase order has been made. The item is due in stock when stated in
the delivery disclaimer and will be dispatched then. Please note this date is a guide based on information and
delivery indications given by the manufacturer.
My Item Is Faulty/Damaged?
Should you have any issues with your item(s) please report these either via the website or to our
customer service team (email@example.com
Please include a short description of the problem and either an image or short video of the issue,
clearly showing the fault or damage along with confirmation of your order number, full name and delivery address.
Many of our suppliers will also need either a batch-number or item-number, so please check for these,
and include this information where available. Once we have received all this information, we will pass this
onto our suppliers and raise this under your warranty. They will then advise us on the outcome/solution to the issues you are having.
Unwanted Goods, If You Change Your Mind
For all personalised items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. These items can only be
returned if found to be faulty. If you wish to return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org
or use the contact us
form on the website.
You can choose to either organise your own return, at your own cost and risk, or request a collection
by emailing, Collection charges will apply.
Our collection service charges will be applied if delivery is refused and you have failed to notify us of
your wish to cancel or return your order unless the product (not the packaging) is faulty/damaged
PLEASE NOTE: Customers that request cancellation of an order prior to receiving their goods, maybe
charged return costs if the goods have left our/supplier warehouse. Please Note the cancellation
request must be acknowledged by our team, and this can take up to 48 working hours by email. E.g. If
a cancellation request is made on Sunday, this may not be acknowledged until Monday
afternoon/Tuesday, and goods may have left our warehouse.
Shipping costs on return orders are non refundable. Shipping cost of £4.25 will have been applied.
This is a non refundable amount.
How Long Is My Guarantee For?
Most products will be covered under a 6 months warranty, however this will be dependent on which
products you purchase. Some may have a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty, please email if you
would like more information for a specific item.
What Is Our Complaints Procedure?
We hope you’re pleased with any purchase you’ve made from us, and that you’ll never need to
complain, but if something goes wrong we want to hear from you, so we can contact the relevant
teams to put the matter right.
